Questbridge
Williams is excited to be a College Match partner with Questbridge, an initiative of the non-profit Quest Scholars Program, which is committed to expanding opportunity in higher education to highly motivated, academically talented, low-income, and underserved youth in America. Our partnership builds upon a longstanding commitment to making a Williams education available to and affordable for America’s best students, regardless of their financial situation. Williams guarantees to meet 100 percent of a family’s demonstrated need through financial aid and bases its admission decisions exclusively on merit, without regard for an applicant’s ability to pay. Questbridge matches top high school students with partner colleges and universities through a formal application process, which begins during the summer before an applicant’s senior year. Students matched as Questbridge Scholars are guaranteed a four-year financial aid package with no loans and no parental contribution. In our second year partnering with Questbridge, Williams was matched with 10 Questbridge Scholars during Early Decision who entered in the Class of 2010. Williams accepted dozens more students during Early Decision and Regular Decision who were identified through Questbridge.
